EMC buys the Skandinavia clinic chain

AVA-Peter LLC, which EMC will receive in exchange for 32.8 million shares of the additional issue, owns the Skandinavia and Skandinavia AVA-PETER clinics. Network includes 23 clinics in St. Petersburg, Vologda and Kazan. Revenue by the end of 2024 amounted to ₽11.1 billion. Based on the share placement price of the additional issue of ₽766.2 per paper, the clinic network is estimated at ₽25 billion.
