Sinarsky Pipe Plant will become a branch of TMK

TMK intends to move to a single-tier corporate structure by joining eight key subsidiaries, including Sinarsky Pipe Plant. They will be transformed into branches of the parent company. For the exchange of minority shareholders of subsidiaries, an additional issue will be conducted, the volume of which will not exceed 5% of the authorized capital.
