Rostelecom has acquired a 45% stake in Ertek, the developer of a domestic PMS class system for integrated hotel management. Companies also signed a strategic partnership agreement, under which Rostelecom provides its infrastructure and digital services, and Ertek provides a PMS solution. In this way, the partners laid the foundation for the development of a single ecosystem for the Russian hotel industry — the Digital Hotel.
