Sber bought 41.9% of Element Group of Companies

Sber acquired 41.9% of microelectronics manufacturer GC Element for ₽27 billion. Transaction will not have a significant impact on the financial result of the Savings Bank, while creating a synergistic effect for the development of the bank's priority areas of technology business.
