AFK Sistema has completely withdrawn from the capital of Element Group, selling 37.6% of the company's shares to Sberbank. Another 4.3% of the shares of the microelectronics manufacturer were sold to the bank by minority shareholders. The total amount of the transaction was ₽27 billion. Element's exit from the capital has successfully completed the investment cycle that began more than 25 years ago, when the corporation acquired the first assets in the microelectronics industry, which was experiencing serious economic difficulties.
