FAS is against the merger of Whoosh and Yrent

Federal Antimonopoly Service issued an opinion on the circumstances at the request of Whoosh and Yrent. Agency believes that the merger of the companies will lead to limited competition in the kicksharing market, which will be the basis for refusing to approve the deal. Whoosh and Yrent have not reported any deals with each other. FAS's message company declined to comment.
