Board of Directors of T-Technologies submitted to the shareholders' meeting the issue of consolidating up to 100% of Tochka Bank's shares through an additional issue of T-Technologies shares by closed subscription. Assessment of the Point will be announced at the end of the second quarter of 2026. The Board of Directors expects that the price of the additional issue of T-Technologies shares will be set above the market price of the securities at the time of the transaction. Shareholders' meeting on the issue of the additional issue will be held on June 5, 2026. Deal is expected to close in the fall of 2026.
