Court lifted the seizure from the accounts and assets of the pharmacy chain 36.6

Moscow Arbitration Court has lifted interim measures against four legal entities of the pharmaceutical retailer 36.6, which were imposed on the claim of Agro Stroy+. Company demands to recover from two former co-owners of 36.6 five companies of the group ₽3.7 billion of the debt of the pharmaceutical distributor Alliance Healthcare Russia, which was declared bankrupt.
