EMC shareholders approve additional issue for purchase of Scandinavia

EMC shareholders have decided to issue 32.8 million additional shares to pay for the purchase of the Skandinavia clinic chain from Severgroup. Based on the share placement price of the additional issue of ₽766.2 per paper, the clinic network is estimated at ₽25 billion.
