Tochka Bank has bought a leader among services for sellers

Tochka Bank has bought MPSTATS, a company that offers sellers a set of digital solutions for doing business on marketplaces. MPSTATS is the market leader and occupies more than 30% of the market. T-Technologies Group recently announced its intention to consolidate 100% of Tochka Bank. She now owns about 32% of Tochka Bank, through a joint venture with Vladimir Potanin's Interros, MKOOO Catalytic People, which owns 64% of the bank for entrepreneurs.
