Whoosh participated in the face-to-face examination by the FAS of Russia of a petition on a possible merger with YrentBike LLC. Following the review, the company decided to withdraw the said petition and consider the possibility of submitting a new petition regarding this transaction. To date, the company has not signed any binding documents regarding the potential transaction.
