Management of Yuzhuralzoloto has achieved significant success in resolving and terminating legal disputes with government agencies. Proceedings have been terminated on the claim of the Federal Tax Service for 1.5 billion rubles and the claim of the Magnitogorsk Environmental Prosecutor's Office for the recovery of 3.9 billion rubles and the prohibition of the activities of key production assets of the Ural Hub. Tax Inspectorate also announced a waiver of claims for another 2.5 billion rubles.
