Capacity utilization of VSMPO-AVISMA decreased to 47%

Titanium production by the end of 2025 decreased by 32.6% to 16.94 thousand tons, which is the lowest level in ten years, said a representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade at a meeting of the subcommittee on improving the stability of the financial sector and individual sectors of the economy. Capacity utilization of VSMPO-AVISMA decreased from 70% to 47% due to the loss of export markets and a shift in civil aircraft construction programs.
