Rusal wants to recover Rio Tinto's asset

Rusal, in the framework of a legal dispute with the Rio Tinto mining and metallurgical group, demands to foreclose on a share in an unnamed company, follows from the ruling of the Thirteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal on the adoption of interim measures. Most likely target is 66% in Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia, the fourth copper deposit in the world. However, it will be extremely difficult to achieve the fulfillment of Rusal's requirements, lawyers believe.
