Unipro may be headed by a native of Rosneft

Ruslan Lidzar may become the CEO of Unipro, sources told Kommersant. In recent years, he has served as Chief Power Engineer of Orenburgneft, Rosneft's production facility in the Volga region. Before that, he worked as a chief engineer in the Rosseti division of Chitaenergo.
