Ruslan Lidzar appointed Acting CEO of Unipro

Board of Directors of Unipro appointed Ruslan Lidzar as Acting CEO. In recent years, he has served as Chief Power Engineer of Orenburgneft, Rosneft's production facility in the Volga region. Before that, he worked as a chief engineer in the Rosseti division of Chitaenergo. Final decision on his appointment will be made by the shareholders' meeting, which will be held on April 07.
