EL5-Energy bought 2.7% of its shares from the dissenters

EL5-Energo Energy Company acquired 966,465,957 of its shares, which is 2.73% of the authorized capital. Securities were repurchased at the request of shareholders who voted against or did not participate in the meeting, which approved the merger of JSC VDK-Energo and LLC LUKOIL-Ekoenergo. Purchase price is ₽0.5653 per share.
