Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of regional companies to Rosseti

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the transfer of federal-owned shares in Stavropol City Electric Networks, Kislovodsk Network Company, Oblkommunenergo, and Sibirsko-Uralskaya Energeticheskaya Kompaniya to the trust management of Rosseti. These shares will be added to the authorized capital of Rosseti, while non-core assets will be transferred back to the state.
