MGCL registered convertible bonds with the Bank of Russia

Bank of Russia has registered the issue of convertible bonds of the SO-001 series of the MGL Company, placed by closed subscription among qualified investors. Nominal value is ₽6, the circulation period of the securities is 5 years after the end of the placement. Regulator has also registered the issue of announced shares, designed to ensure the possibility of converting bonds into shares in a 1:1 ratio. Company will announce the date of the start of the placement and the key parameters of the issue in addition.
