Samolet sold one of its largest projects in the regions

Samolet developer has sold the Donskiye Legendy residential district project in Rostov-on-Don to the structure of Georgy Pliev, the founder of the Summa Elementov development group. This is one of Samolet's largest regional projects. It involves the construction of approximately 700,000 square meters of real estate, primarily housing, on a 90-hectare plot. Currently, three buildings with a total area of 90,000 square meters are under construction. Project is expected to be fully completed by 2042.
