Gazprom Warns EU Over Gas Refill Risks

Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller told RIA Novosti that low gas inventories in underground storage facilities in the EU’s largest consuming countries could complicate the upcoming injection season. According to Gas Infrastructure Europe data as of March 13, average EU storage levels fell to 29%, while Germany, France and the Netherlands stood at 18.1%; Dutch storage was at 8%, described as the lowest level ever recorded for that date.
