Rusal won its first money from Potanin in London

For the first time, the High Court of England and Wales has awarded Rusal a monetary payment of £247,500 as partial compensation for legal costs in the corporate dispute with Vladimir Potanin over the management of Norilsk Nickel. The final distribution of legal costs between the parties will be determined after the main hearing, which is scheduled for April to July 2027.
