T-Technologies Announces the Purchase of Avto.ru

T-Technologies Group has announced the purchase of 100% of Avto.ru, a legendary automotive classified website and one of the leaders in the automotive segment of the Russian Internet in the B2C and B2B segments. Transaction value is ₽35 billion. Acquisition of Avto.ru will enable the creation of the first full-scale 360° automotive ecosystem in the Russian market, which will unite millions of private car buyers and sellers, thousands of car dealers, and hundreds of car manufacturers, transforming the landscape of the Russian automotive market.
