Synergy effect between T-Technology and Auto.ru will amount to more than ₽45 billion

T-Technologies Group estimates the synergy effect with the Auto.ru service at more than ₽45 billion in additional operating revenue over the next 3 years in a conservative scenario, and it could be hundreds of billions, according to Stanislav Bliznyuk, the head of T-Technologies. Group is acquiring the service for ₽35 billion. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
