Bank of Saint Petersburg will buy back 9 million ordinary shares

Supervisory Board of Bank Saint Petersburg has decided to buy back 9 million ordinary shares through an offer at a price of ₽340 per share. Applications for the sale of shares will be accepted from April 10 to May 22.
