Petrocardon has started collecting applications for its Pre-IPO

Petrokarton, a manufacturer of corrugated cardboard, has started collecting applications for participation in the Pre-IPO on MOEX Start. Company intends to issue 41 million shares at a price of ₽7.55 per share. Pre-money valuation of approximately ₽1.7 billion. Application process begins today and will continue until April 27. Company plans to use the raised funds to quadruple its production capacity by 2030. In 2027, Petrocardon will invest another ₽600 million using its own funds.
