Moscow City Court lifted the arrest on Yuzhuralzolot's profits

By the decision of the leading bailiff of the Department of Enforcement of Judicial Acts, the enforcement measures imposed on the funds of Yuzhuralzoloto in the amount of ₽32.14 billion held in a bank or other credit institution were lifted as part of the enforcement proceedings No. 45917/26/98099-IP dated 05.03.2026. The decision to lift the measures was made based on the ruling of the Moscow City Court dated 24 March 2026.
