Fesco will become part of the joint venture between Rosatom and DP World

Rosatom and DP World have agreed to create a new joint business based on Global Logistics LLC, where the Russian side will receive a 51% stake. Rosatom's contribution will be its share in Fesco (the state corporation owns 92.5% of the company's shares), while DP World will provide financial resources. Key goal of the project is to establish a global logistics operator and develop Russia's transportation potential, with a focus on the Northern Sea Route. Deal is currently being reviewed by the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Government Commission.
