EL5-Energo has completed the acquisition of assets

EL5-Energo successfully completed the reorganization process that began in December 2025, which involved the merger of VDK-Energo JSC and LUKOIL-Ekoenergo LLC. Company now includes five hydroelectric power plants, three solar power plants, twelve thermal power plants, and thermal networks in the Astrakhan, Volgograd, and Rostov regions. As a result, the number of power plants has increased from five to twenty-five, and the total installed electrical capacity has increased to 9.5 GW, while the thermal capacity has increased to 8.9 thousand.
