Federal Antimonopoly Service has approved a deal between Rosatom and DP World to create a joint business based on Global Logistics LLC, where the Russian side will receive a 51% stake. Rosatom's contribution will be its share in Fesco (the state-owned corporation owns 92.5% of the company's shares), while DP World will provide financial resources. The key goal of the project is to establish a global logistics operator and develop Russia's transportation potential, with a focus on the Northern Sea Route.
