Magnit is testing a voice assistant for inventory management

Magnit is piloting a voice assistant for inventory management in stores, which is designed to simplify the work of store staff. Technology is integrated with data collection terminals (DCTs), allowing employees to use their voice to indicate the number of items being counted without having to use the DCT interface or manually enter data. A test conducted in several Moscow stores showed a reduction in inventory time by an average of 20%.
