IVA Technologies may launch a video conferencing pilot for the Abkhazian government

IVA Technologies has proposed a pilot project of a video conferencing service to the government of Abkhazia. Next stage of the company's interaction with the government of the republic may be the elaboration of the issue of creating a communications platform for civil servants and a sovereign messenger.
