VKhZ's majority shareholder replaced dividends with a loan

Board of Directors of Vladimir Chemical Plant approved an agreement between the company and its majority shareholder, Andrey Andreevich Kiselev, to replace the obligation to pay him the remaining half of the dividends, which amounts to ₽39.9 million, with an interest-bearing loan for the period until the end of 2026. Loan amount is ₽33.9 million. Interest rate is determined by the key interest rate of the Bank of Russia during the relevant periods.
