B2B-RTS has started collecting applications for participation in the IPO

B2B-RTS has set the IPO price range at ₽112–118 per share, which corresponds to a capitalization of ₽20–21 billion. Investors are offered 11.5% of the platform's shares, which are owned by Sovcombank and financial investors. Applications are accepted from April 10 to 16. Trading is expected to begin on April 17.
