MGCL resumed the placement of convertible bonds

Bank of Russia has registered changes to the document containing the terms of placement of MGCL's convertible bonds. Company has changed the placement broker from Alfa Bank to Tsifra Broker. Parameters of the issue remain the same: the par value is ₽6, the circulation period is 5 years, and the conversion ratio to shares is 1:1. Placement of the securities is resuming from today.
