MTS entered the HRTech market with AI agents

MTS has started offering "virtual employees" to businesses for HR departments — a corporate multi-agent system for hiring and managing personnel in large companies. System independently processes responses, conducts correspondence with candidates, and tracks the efficiency of personnel — from hiring to adaptation. Pilot projects have already been launched with companies from the telecommunications and energy industries.
