EMC has started placing additional shares to purchase Scandinavia

EMC has started a closed-end placement of 32.8 million additional shares in favor of Severgroup to pay for the purchase of the Scandinavia clinic chain. Based on the placement price of ₽766.2 per share, the clinic chain is valued at ₽25 billion. EMC shareholders who voted against or did not participate in the vote on the additional issue can also purchase shares at a price of ₽766.2 per share using their preferential right.
