Interros bought a 25% stake in Tochka Bank for ₽21 billion

Vladimir Potanin's Interros company acquired a 25% stake in Tochka Bank from VK for at least 21.2 billion rubles. In the future, Interros plans to transfer this stake to T-Technologies by paying for an additional issue through a closed subscription.
