LSR's sales in the first quarter decreased by 24%

Value of LSR's new contracts for 3 months of 2026 amounted to ₽31 billion, a decrease of 24% compared to ₽41 billion in the previous year. In terms of volume, sales decreased by 19.2% to 118,000 square meters. The share of mortgage deals increased by 22 percentage points to 68%.
