Vladislav Bakalchuk on the transformation of M.Video

M.Video is creating a new type of platform that will allow sellers to trade not only on M.Video's own online channels, but also on other platforms, including major marketplaces, and in the future, through the storefronts of various omnichannel retailers, social media platforms, and websites that will integrate product cards using APIs, according to Vladislav Bakalchuk, who spoke at the Russian Retail Show forum. He cited the Chinese experience as a model, where open platform solutions have already demonstrated high turnover and steady growth.
