Board of Directors of T-Technology has proposed to shareholders that an additional issue be conducted by closed subscription to acquire 25% of Tochka Bank from Vladimir Potanin's Interros. A shareholder meeting on this issue will be held on September 18. Company has not yet disclosed the parameters of the additional issue.
