MCB has disclosed the parameters of the Far Eastern Bank's accession

Volume of the additional issue of the MCB for the accession of the Far Eastern Bank will be 4.4% of the authorized capital, according to the materials for the extraordinary meeting of shareholders. MCB shareholders who vote against or do not participate in the voting on the issue of reorganization will have the right to demand the redemption of their shares at a price of ₽10.35 per share, which is a premium to the market of about 40%.
