X5 has acquired VKT, one of the largest food distributors in the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Volga region. VKT's product range includes over 5,000 items and covers up to 80% of the products on the shelves of independent stores in the Volga Federal District. This acquisition will accelerate the development of the OKOLO format in the region and expand the product offering for franchisees.
