Domklik has launched a rental profitability calculator

Sberbank's Domklik service has launched a new service: a calculator for calculating the profitability of long-term rental housing. Calculator clearly shows how an increase or decrease in the rental payment affects the speed of finding a tenant and the total rental income. Based on the rental price, the service calculates the profit from renting out an apartment for a year, the estimated time it will take to find a tenant, and the estimated lost income if the rental payment is higher or lower than the recommended amount.
