Court granted the claim for the seizure of Moshkovich and Basov's property

Hamovnichesky Court of Moscow partially satisfied the Prosecutor General's Office's claim and converted the property of Rusagro founder Vadim Moshkovich and other co-defendants into state property worth more than 0.5 trillion rubles. State acquired a controlling stake in Rusagro. Court also confiscated ₽3.8 billion, €1.8 million and € 1.6 million in Moškoviča and.87 million in Basova.
