Rounds has launched the TickerBox startup marketplace

Rounds platform has launched TickerBox, a marketplace for rounds of non-public companies on investment platforms. Each startup is available: finance and business plan, deal parameters (stage, volume, min. ticker, terms), plans for the use of funds and dividend policy, as well as an analytical AI report from the FRII and a form of communication with the company. All securities purchased on the marketplace will be in a single brokerage account - without the need to open accounts with the registrar or register on investment platforms.
