MGTS has announced an offer to buy back its preferred shares

MGTS Board of Directors has announced an offer to buy back up to 9.5 million preferred shares at ₽1,501 per share. The offer period is from June 10 to September 13. The company will be able to buy back about 61% of the outstanding preferred shares.
