KuibyshevAzot will not pay final dividends for 2025

Board of Directors of KuibyshevAzot recommended that shareholders not pay dividends for 2025 in order to maintain a stable financial position. Earlier, the company paid dividends for the first six months of 2025, amounting to ₽682 million, which corresponds to ₽4 per ordinary and preferred share.
