Prosecutor's Office intends to seize the shares of Myasnikov and Lyulchev in TGK-14

Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit to declare the purchase of TGK-14 shares by Viktor Myasnikov and Konstantin Lyulchev's companies invalid and to seize their shares as state property. Majority-owned Far Eastern Management Company holds a 79.32% stake in TGK-14. Konstantin Lyulchev directly owns almost 5% of the company's shares.
