Shareholders of KuibyshevAzot have decided not to pay dividends

Shareholders of KuibyshevAzot agreed with the Board of Directors' proposal to refuse to pay the final dividends for 2025 in order to maintain a stable financial situation. In the first six months of 2025, the company paid ₽682 million in dividends, which corresponds to ₽4 per ordinary and preferred share.
